About Eye of the Artists Foundation

We are a 501(c) 3 arts organization established in 2001 by nationally acclaimed Artist/Poet Annie Ruth to expose the community to fine art that promotes education, literacy, & creative expression.

Celebrating Sisters of Success in Art & Culture curriculum packet is our latest resource for educators during 2009. The curriculum packet celebrates the legacy of seven dynamic sisters who positively impact arts and culture in the Greater Cincinnati area. Their work impacts thousands of people across the globe.

Celebrating Sisters of Success in Arts & Culture is designed to enlighten, teach, and inspire future generations to embrace their creativity and make a difference in their communities and this world. The curriculum packet utilizes the visual art of national and regional artists to impart lessons by integrating visual and language arts, as well as history. Sisters of Success honors living history—Our sisters that make history everyday!

History Through Art, Celebrating the Legacy of Dr. Dorothy Irene Height was created in 2008 to share historic aspects about Dr. Height's work. It was introuced to the public during the Mid West Black Family Reunion Celebration's 20th Anniversary. Each card features a work of art created by a national or regional visual artist to share the story.
